FAQ

Questions owners ask before they start

Should I start with Facebook ads or Google Ads?
If people already search for what you sell (a plumber, a dentist, a mover), start with Google. If you’re creating demand — an opening, a promotion, a new class — Facebook and Instagram usually work better. Many clients run both.
How is the fee calculated?
Same fee table as Google Ads, based on your total monthly ad budget across platforms: $300/month under $600, $599/month from $600 to $3,999, then 15%, 14% or 12%. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta.
Do I need to provide photos and videos?
Real photos and short videos of your business work best, and we can edit them into ads. We can use licensed stock images for some ads, but your own work always performs better.
How fast can ads start?
Usually within 3–7 business days after we get access to your Facebook page and ad account.
