Working together, accounts & support
I’ve been burned by ad agencies before. Why should I trust you?
We completely understand. Plenty of companies in this business take your money and can’t say what they did. Here’s what ZOOMPOINT can promise:
1. Every price is public — monthly and setup fees are on our pricing page, with no membership fee.
2. A report every month — what we did, how many calls came in, how many new reviews, in black and white.
3. We’re right here in New Jersey — a real office and local team; you can meet us in person.
4. No long-term contract — reviews plans are billed quarterly and can stop at the end of any quarter; ads are monthly and stop with 30 days’ notice.
5. Some of our spa clients have been with us for 10 years — that says it all.

When we stop working together, who owns the accounts and content? Will anything be deleted?
It’s all yours. Your Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, Facebook / Instagram / TikTok accounts and website content are in your name; we just run them for you.
Logins: on platforms like Google and Facebook we manage as an “admin”, so we don’t need your password; for accounts we open for you (such as the website or domain), we hand you the login details.
After we stop: the profile info, posts, photos, ad settings and website content published while we worked together all stay. We delete nothing — we only remove our own access, and hand the website files back to you. If a platform removes content while we work together (for example in a review), we handle the appeal.

Who looks after my account? Is there 24-hour support?
Once you start, we create a WeChat group with at least your account manager and another team member who does the work, so you deal with them directly — no getting passed around.
During business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern) we reply promptly in the WeChat group; urgent issues like ad problems or a bad review are handled as soon as possible outside business hours too.

How long is the contract? Can I stop partway?
There’s no long-term contract. Both reviews plans are billed quarterly and can stop at the end of any quarter; we remind you 14 days before it ends. If you’ve added Google Ads, the ads part is monthly and stops with 30 days’ notice, with no penalty.
My shop is in another state. Can you still help?
Yes. We’re in New Jersey, with clients in California, Virginia, New York and other states. Kickoff calls and day-to-day contact happen over WeChat or Zoom — no need to meet in person.
Can I see more examples or talk to a current client?
Yes. On a call we can show you more websites and sample reports for similar shops; with a current client’s permission, we can also arrange a short chat with them.
What’s included
How often do you update Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and TikTok? What do you post?
Google Business Profile: 2–3 posts a week — new services, offers, shop photos, holiday hours. Included in every plan.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok: at least 1 post a week on each (1–2 a week while a new location opens), included in Reviews Starter + Google Ads. Posts cover services, offers, the shop and the service experience; AI drafts, a person reviews, and you approve before posting.
Yelp: no posts — we keep the profile and photos updated and reply to reviews.
Want to see posters and posts we’ve made for other shops? We can show you on a call.

Where do TikTok and Instagram videos come from? Do you film on site? Do you use stock media?
You supply the shop footage: the shop, the service experience (with the client’s permission first), before-and-afters — phone videos and photos are fine. We select, edit, crop, add captions and music, write the copy and schedule it, and we’ll tell you what to shoot and how. On-site filming isn’t included at the moment.
Stock media: for backgrounds and holiday posters we use properly licensed libraries: free Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay are included; if paid stock (such as Shutterstock or Adobe Stock) is needed, we check with you first.
Music: business accounts can’t use popular songs, or videos may be muted or taken down, so we only use TikTok’s Commercial Music Library and Meta’s licensed music.
Note: the service and the shop are always shown with your own real photos and videos — never another shop’s — so clients aren’t surprised when they arrive.

What are the 50 platforms? Will my shop end up on sketchy sites?
They’re all legitimate U.S. map, review, directory and data platforms, in 5 groups:
Data aggregators (3): Data Axle (formerly InfoGroup), Neustar Localeze, Foursquare. They pass your info on to hundreds of downstream websites and apps.
Maps and navigation (8): Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect (Apple Maps, Siri), Bing Places (Bing, Copilot), Waze, HERE WeGo, TomTom, MapQuest, Navmii.
Reviews and social (7): Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Nextdoor, Better Business Bureau, Alignable.
Beauty booking and discovery (7, set up only if your shop uses them): Booksy, StyleSeat, Vagaro, Fresha, MassageBook, ClassPass, Spafinder.
General business directories (25): Yellow Pages, Superpages, Manta, Hotfrog, MerchantCircle, Brownbook, EZlocal, Cylex, ShowMeLocal, ChamberofCommerce.com, Local.com, n49, 2FindLocal, iBegin, Opendi, Infobel, Find-Us-Here, CitySquares, Judy's Book, GoLocal247, LocalStack, Tupalo, Hub.biz, eLocal, AmericanTowns.
We never submit to adult or low-quality sites. The link and status of every platform are in your monthly report.

How long does it take to submit all 50 platforms? Can you guarantee they all go live and get indexed by Google?
We don’t submit everything at once — we submit in batches, in order, usually finishing within 3 months. Getting the most important platforms right and checking the details first stops wrong information from spreading to dozens of sites.
Weeks 1–2: core platforms. Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Nextdoor. Google and Apple need the owner to verify (a short video, a phone call or a postcard), which usually takes a few days to two weeks; we’ll tell you how to help ahead of time.
Weeks 2–4: the 3 data aggregators. Data Axle, Neustar Localeze, Foursquare. They then pass your info to downstream sites and apps, which usually takes 1–3 months.
Months 2–3: general directories. A batch each month; if your shop uses Booksy, Vagaro or similar booking systems, we set those up at the same time.
What we can guarantee: every platform gets submitted, and your monthly report shows each one’s status: live, under review, waiting for your verification, or rejected. If a few platforms reject the listing or have stopped updating, we replace them with similar ones.
What nobody can guarantee: when each platform goes live or whether Google indexes it — that’s up to the platforms and Google, and can take days to months. Be careful with anyone who “guarantees all 50 platforms get indexed”.

I already have a Google Business Profile. Do I still need this plan?
Most shops’ profiles are only half done: services not listed, few photos, no booking link, reviews unanswered for months. On a call we can check yours for free and tell you what could be improved.
Without ads, will I really get new clients?
Yes, but more slowly than with ads. Google says local ranking is based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and review count and rating are part of prominence (Google Business Profile Help). Once your profile is complete and reviews grow steadily, your shop gets seen more on the map — usually a visible trend within 2–3 months.
We don’t guarantee a ranking position. Be careful with anyone who “guarantees #1 on the map”.

Will clients be put off by automatic missed-call texts and an AI assistant?
Missed-call texts only go to people who called you, in your shop’s voice, and they’re simple: sorry we missed you, what day works? Once the client replies, you or your staff take over.
The AI booking assistant answers clients on your website and says up front that it’s the shop’s AI assistant. When it can’t answer, it asks the client to leave a number so you or your staff can reply. Try the demo first.

Are the automatic texts compliant?
Yes. Missed-call texts only reply to numbers that called you; review invitations only go to clients who visited and agreed to receive texts; every text can be stopped by replying STOP; and the sending number is registered for 10DLC as U.S. carriers require.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Admin access to your Google Business Profile (we can help you request it if you don’t have it), 10–20 photos of your shop, your services and prices, and how clients book today. We go through each item with you on the kickoff call.
How soon will I see results?
Google Ads usually go live within a week of setup, and calls start coming in within 1–2 weeks. Profile and review results are slower — usually 2–3 months to see a trend.
First-month numbers aren’t stable yet. If anyone tells you you’ll be “fully booked in 3 days”, be careful.

Google Ads
Are Google “top placement” and Google “Sponsored” the same thing? Will you use my current ad account?
Yes, they’re the same. The results at the top marked “Sponsored” are Google Ads, paid per click. They’re separate from the map and organic rankings, which depend on your profile and reviews.
Account: we usually keep your current ad account so its history is preserved, review its settings, then optimize. We only open a new one, in your name, if you don’t have one.
Ad types: we combine types based on your shop and budget — for example Search ads and Performance Max — rather than relying on just one.
Reporting: someone looks after the account day to day, we update you on the numbers every two weeks, and there’s a monthly report too. Staying in touch matters a lot for results.

I can only spend $600–1,000 a month on ads. Is that enough?
Yes. For massage spas, head spas, nail and lash shops, $600–1,000 a month is a starting budget that can work — many of our clients started in that range.
The approach is to prove results on a small budget first, see which ads work, then decide whether to spend more. A small budget has to be spent right — there’s no room for waste.

I already have Yelp ratings and Google Maps. Do I still need Google Ads?
It depends. Yelp and Google Maps put you in front of people already looking for a shop near them; Google Ads puts you in the most visible spot on the first screen and reaches more people who don’t know you yet.
Your existing good reviews amplify ad results. If you don’t have many reviews yet, we’ll suggest starting with reviews.

What’s the difference between Reviews Starter and adding Google Ads?
Reviews Starter runs no ads and focuses on your Google profile, local platforms, reviews and missed calls — $299 a month, billed quarterly, no ad spend.
When you want more new clients, Reviews Starter clients can add Google Search and Maps ads for $250 a month, billed monthly with no setup fee; ad spend is paid straight to Google. All the reviews services stay.

Who receives the ad spend? How much should I budget?
Ad spend goes straight to Google, on your own credit card. For beauty shops we suggest starting at $600–1,000 a month. Small shops on a tight budget can start with Reviews Starter, which needs no ad spend.
Pricing & payment
How do you charge?
Every price is public:
Google Profile Management: $199 a month, billed quarterly, $199 setup fee, no ad spend.
Reviews Starter: $299 a month, billed quarterly, $299 setup fee, no ad spend.
Add Google Ads: Reviews Starter clients add $250 a month, billed monthly; ad spend is separate.
No membership fee. See the full comparison on Plans & pricing.

How much do I pay each month?
Google Profile Management: $199 a month; Reviews Starter: $299 a month — both billed quarterly, every 3 months. The setup fee is charged once: $199 for Profile Management, $299 for Reviews Starter.
Add Google Ads: another $250 a month, billed monthly; ad spend is paid straight to Google.
Add Google Ads: another $250 a month, billed monthly; ad spend is paid straight to Google.
My shop only has 2–3 beds or stations. Can you still help?
Yes. Small shops can start with Google Profile Management ($199 a month) or Reviews Starter ($299 a month), both billed quarterly with no ad spend. We get your Google profile, reviews and missed calls right first, and once reviews build up, you can decide whether to add ads.
Profile Management or Reviews Starter — which should I choose?
If you just want your Google profile managed and reviews answered, choose Profile Management. If you also want visiting clients to get review invitations, missed calls followed up by text, and a mobile booking website, choose Reviews Starter: it’s only $100 more a month, so most owners choose Reviews Starter.
Why don’t you charge a membership fee?
Because nobody can say what a membership fee actually buys. ZOOMPOINT’s setup fee covers specific work: profile optimization, submission to 50 platforms, building the website, setting up texting. The monthly fee covers the monthly service and report. Every dollar can be explained.
Do I pay extra for the 50 platform submissions?
No. Submission to the 50 platforms is included in the Reviews Starter setup fee. The one-time claim or distribution fees on a few platforms (such as Foursquare claiming and Localeze data distribution) are also covered by us — we don’t charge you for them.
A few paid upgrades are optional, and they’re your call:
· BBB accreditation: from a few hundred dollars a year, depending on area and size. You can have a BBB profile without it.
· Paid upgrades on MapQuest, Yelp and Yellow Pages–type directories: such as more prominent placement. Not upgrading doesn’t affect submission.
· Booking systems like Booksy, Vagaro and StyleSeat: software your shop uses on a monthly subscription; if you already use one, we set up your details.
We’ll advise whether and when any upgrade makes sense for your shop, and we never sign you up for anything paid.

Why is billing quarterly only?
Google profiles and reviews take 2–3 months to show results. Quarterly billing gives us a full 3 months to deliver, and gives you a quarterly review to judge whether it’s worth continuing. You’re billed every 3 months and can stop at the end of any quarter.
Can I stop partway through a quarter?
If you choose to stop mid-quarter, that quarter isn’t refunded; you can stop at the end of the quarter, and we remind you on WeChat 14 days before. If we didn’t deliver the listed services, we refund pro rata.
Can I start with Profile Management and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Profile Management to Reviews Starter within 3 months and the $199 setup fee you paid is fully credited — you only pay $100 more; upgrade mid-quarter and the unused part of the quarter is fully credited. Reviews Starter clients can add Google Ads for $250 a month at any time.
I have several locations. How is that priced?
Management fees are discounted from the 2nd location on, and we quote by number of locations. Each location gets its own report so you can compare them.
AI services
How are the AI services priced?
AI services aren’t charged separately. They’re all included in Reviews Starter + Google Ads ($549 a month): the AI booking assistant, AI search optimization, and at least 1 post a week on each of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (1–2 a week while a new location opens). AI phone answering and AI rebooking texts are coming soon and will be switched on free for clients on this plan. Try the AI booking assistant →
Can I buy AI search optimization on its own?
It isn’t sold separately. Reviews Starter already includes basic structured data and llms.txt; the full 8-part AI search optimization (monthly checks, Q&A content, third-party mentions and more) is only included in Reviews Starter + Google Ads.
Will the AI booking assistant make things up?
No. It only answers from the facts you’ve read and approved: services, prices, hours and policies. When something isn’t in its facts, it asks the client to leave a number so you or your staff can reply.
What if a client asks about scalp or hair-loss problems?
It doesn’t diagnose and never promises hair growth or treatment results. It only suggests a scalp check at the shop, or asking a doctor first. This rule is built into its setup — you can test it in the demo.
What does the AI booking assistant do with inappropriate requests?
It only describes professional head spa and massage services, and politely declines inappropriate requests.
Can the AI booking assistant book appointments directly?
Right now it takes down the time the client wants and their phone number and emails them to you right away, so the shop confirms. It never tells a client “you’re booked”.
How much does the AI booking assistant cost?
It isn’t charged separately — it’s included in Reviews Starter + Google Ads ($549 a month), and we handle setup, organizing your facts and testing.
My website wasn’t built by you. Can I still add the AI booking assistant?
Most websites only need one snippet of code. Send us your web address and we’ll take a look for free.
Websites
Did ZOOMPOINT build all of these websites?
Yes. All 10 websites on this page were designed and built by ZOOMPOINT for beauty clients and are shown with their permission. Tap a card to open the client’s site and see how one-tap calling, directions and online booking work on a phone.
How much does a website like this cost?
For Reviews Starter clients ($299 a month, billed quarterly), the mobile booking website is already included in the setup fee at no extra cost. For a standalone site with more pages and a more custom design, we quote by number of pages and features on a call.
Who owns the website once it’s built?
You own the domain and all website content. If we ever stop working together, we hand back the website files and accounts.
