From market research to customer acquisition: understand U.S. demand and competitors first, then build the English website, ads and tracking that bring in overseas orders and inquiries. ZOOMPOINT has marketed in the U.S. from New Jersey since 2011.

Common challenges

Entering a new market takes more than exporting a product

Great product, little visibility

Your factory is strong, but your brand doesn’t show up when U.S. buyers search.

Too dependent on distributors and platforms

Middlemen take the margin, and the customer data isn’t yours.

Unsure which products have U.S. demand

Many SKUs, no clarity on where to put the budget.

Traffic, but few qualified inquiries

English copy, product pages and trust signals don’t convince visitors.

Clicks, but no profitable sales

Targeting too broad — the budget goes to people who won’t buy.

No local market know-how

No local experience or hands to execute, and no way to tell what’s wrong.

FAQ

FAQ

Is ZOOMPOINT in China or the U.S.?
Our team is in Marlton, New Jersey, and has marketed businesses in the U.S. since 2011. We work in English and Chinese, over WeChat, Zoom or email.
We don’t have an English website yet. Can we start from zero?
Yes. We can start with market research, then build an English store or B2B catalog, ads and tracking. If you already have a site, we review it first.
How do we choose between DTC and B2B?
It depends on price point, repeat purchase, logistics, after-sales and your current channels. Many factories do both. The research stage ends with a recommendation.
Who owns the ad accounts and website?
Your company does — they’re opened in your name and we manage them as admins. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
How is pricing set?
By number of products, target markets and scope. You can start with research only. Ad spend goes directly to Google and Meta, not through us.
How soon will we see results?
Ads produce data within a week or two; it usually takes two to three months to see which products and countries deserve more budget. SEO takes longer. We don’t promise specific sales or ROAS.
